Outcome
A generously appointed and light filled master bedroom with built in joinery offers the owners a formal adult’s escape.
Builder’s Comments
The design of the new first floor with raked ceilings offers strong architectural elements internally, allowing for a lower roof profile externally which in turn minimises the overall bulk and scale, allowing the new addition sit well with the existing rooflines and street scape.
The bathroom configuration was maximised to suit the restrictive ceiling heights with a number of custom made components.
