Client Brief
To modernise the internal finishes and create a contemporary and functional common bathroom.
Special Features
– Speciality copper finish to staircase steel structure.
– Re-polish existing stair treads.
– Grind and polish existing concrete slab.
– Re-purpose existing joinery.
Outcome
Modern and edgy internal aesthetic.
Builder’s Comments
Re-configuring the prominent existing joinery created a seamless look with concealed entertainment system and storage, whilst working within a set budget.
