Builder’s Comments
I personally appreciated the relationship between the original house’s design and the new rear extension.
The restoration & finish to the existing part of the home was outstanding.
The alterations made to the existing house were well considered to not detract from the original features of the federation home.
The existing rooms were altered to accommodate the new bathrooms; and the staircase to the new first floor were carried out with a contemplated & sympathetic approach.
Consideration was taken both in the design and construction approach relating to the alteration of the existing retained house. Existing features were retained around the construction of the new bathrooms & staircase to the new first floor.
